As lithium use has exploded, so have reports of battery related incidents from abuse, bad installs and low grade electronics. The Pro Series is built from the ground up to tackle that risk head on, instead of treating safety as an afterthought.
Inside each battery is an automotive grade, EV style battery management system with over 60 separate protection mechanisms and alerts. It constantly watches for over current, over voltage, short circuits, cell imbalance and thermal events, and steps in before a problem becomes a failure.
On top of that, Pro batteries introduce active backup protection. If a MOSFET switch fails, the backup protection cuts the circuit up to 40 times faster than conventional passive designs. That means the pack is not relying on a single electronic gate to stay safe.
Together, these layers form a double active safety system that combines smart software and hardened hardware to protect devices, vehicles, property and people in real world use.

Both the 12V 100Ah Pro and 12V 200Ah Pro batteries use:

Bluetooth is built in, so the Renogy app can show state of charge, voltage, current, temperature and fault history from a phone instead of guessing from a simple voltmeter.
12V 200Ah Pro LiFePO4 – High Capacity, High Safety
The 12V 200Ah Pro LiFePO4 is aimed at bigger jobs:

It carries the same double active safety system and self heating tech, sized for the bigger pack. With a charging current above 6A, the 200Ah Pro automatically heats itself before charging when it is below freezing, protecting cells while still letting the system work in real winter conditions.
Parallel up to eight 200Ah Pro batteries for serious storage while keeping tight control over safety, faults and monitoring through the Renogy app.
Simple Bluetooth Monitoring
Both Pro batteries ship with integrated Bluetooth, so there is no extra dongle to lose. Pair the battery with the Renogy app to see:
