We aim to make the delivery process clear and consistent from start to finish. Once your order is placed, it is handled by our authorised distribution partners and delivered directly from the appropriate warehouse.

Shipping Cost

All orders include free shipping within the United States.
There are no additional shipping charges applied at checkout.

Order Processing

Order Confirmation

After you place an order, you will receive an email confirming the items and order details. If you do not receive this email, check your spam folder or contact support@energysystemscentral.com.

Handling Time

Orders are usually prepared for dispatch within one to three business days.
Product pages list the typical preparation or lead time for each item.

Delivery Methods

Parcel Delivery

Smaller items are shipped through major carriers such as UPS, FedEx or USPS. These orders are delivered to your door. Tracking details are provided once the carrier scans the shipment into their system.

Freight Delivery

Larger or heavier items are delivered by freight carriers. These shipments follow standard curbside procedures:

• Delivery is made to the end of your driveway
• A scheduled delivery window is arranged by the carrier
• A signature is required upon arrival
• Liftgate service is provided for heavy freight
• Carriers do not enter homes or perform assembly

Tracking becomes available once the carrier receives the shipment.

Transit Time

Delivery times vary based on destination and carrier schedule. Most shipments arrive within one to seven business days after dispatch. Weather and carrier workload can affect transit times.

Receiving Freight Shipments

Delivery Appointment

The freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window. An adult must be present to sign for the order.

Inspecting the Delivery

Before signing for the delivery, look over the exterior packaging.
If anything appears damaged, write “SUBJECT TO INSPECTION” on the delivery form and take photos.

Send documentation to support@energysystemscentral.com on the same day.

After Delivery

Open and inspect the items within two to three business days.
Report concealed damage promptly so we can assist.

Severe Damage

If the shipment shows significant visible damage:

• Photograph everything
• Note the issue on the paperwork
• Refuse the shipment
• Contact support@energysystemscentral.com

We will arrange a replacement after review.

Damage and Claims

If a product arrives with damage:

• Document issues with photos or video
• Note visible freight damage at delivery
• Report parcel damages within seven days
• Email documentation to support@energysystemscentral.com

We may provide replacement parts or arrange a full replacement depending on the situation.

Carrier Storage and Missed Appointments

If the freight carrier cannot complete delivery because no one is available during the scheduled window, the carrier may place the shipment in storage.
Carriers may apply storage or redelivery fees based on their policy.

If you need delivery postponed before dispatch, contact us so we can request adjustments with the carrier.

Refused Deliveries

If a shipment is refused without documented damage, the carrier may return it to the warehouse and apply return handling fees. Refunds are issued after the product is received back at the warehouse.
