Shipping Information

We aim to make the delivery process clear and consistent from order placement to final delivery. All orders are fulfilled by authorised distribution partners and shipped directly from the appropriate warehouse.

Shipping Cost

All orders include free shipping within the United States.
No additional shipping charges are applied at checkout.

Order Processing and Handling

After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. If you do not receive this email, check your spam folder or contact support at support@energysystemscentral.com.

Orders are typically prepared for dispatch within one to three business days.
Product pages list any specific preparation or lead times where applicable.

Delivery Methods

Parcel Delivery
Smaller items are shipped via major carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS. These shipments are delivered directly to your door. Tracking information is provided once the carrier scans the shipment.

Freight Delivery
Larger or heavier items are delivered by freight carriers and follow standard curbside delivery procedures:

• Delivery is made to the end of the driveway
• A delivery window is scheduled by the carrier
• An adult signature is required
• Liftgate service is included for heavy freight
• Carriers do not enter homes or perform assembly

Tracking becomes available once the carrier receives the shipment.

Transit Time

Delivery times vary by destination and carrier schedule. Most orders arrive within one to seven business days after dispatch. Weather conditions and carrier workload may impact transit times.

Receiving Freight Shipments

Delivery Appointment
The freight carrier will contact you to arrange a delivery window. An adult must be present to receive and sign for the shipment.

Inspection at Delivery
Before signing, inspect the exterior packaging. If damage is visible, write “SUBJECT TO INSPECTION” on the delivery paperwork and take photos. Send documentation to support at support@energysystemscentral.com on the same day.

After Delivery
Inspect the contents within two to three business days. Any concealed damage should be reported promptly.

Severe Damage
If significant damage is visible at delivery:

• Photograph the shipment and packaging
• Note the damage on the delivery paperwork
• Refuse the shipment
• Contact support at support@energysystemscentral.com

A replacement will be arranged after review.

Damage, Claims, and Exceptions

If a product arrives damaged:

• Document the issue with photos or video
• Note visible freight damage at delivery
• Report parcel shipment damage within seven days
• Email documentation to support at support@energysystemscentral.com

Depending on the situation, replacement parts may be provided or a full replacement arranged.

If a freight delivery cannot be completed due to a missed appointment, the carrier may place the shipment into storage and apply redelivery or storage fees according to their policy.

Shipments refused without documented damage may be returned to the warehouse and subject to return handling fees. Refunds are issued after the product is received and inspected.
